The Ascent Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the property, assist the maintenance team, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You will perform custodial tasks, trash removal, and basic upkeep of common areas, breezeways, and exterior spaces while supporting a team-driven property management operation in a fast-paced community.

Competenze

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.
