Paths Building Services LLC is seeking a Porter in Kissimmee, FL. The role assists the Maintenance team with daily cleaning of interiors and common areas, trash/recycling duties, and preparing units for occupancy.

You will also handle exterior cleaning and basic maintenance tasks, with opportunities to support weather-related cleaning and safety reporting. Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and operate standard cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of safety hazards and sanitizing solutions.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule with overtime or shift adjustments as needed.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate maintenance tools.
• Good interpersonal skills and polite demeanor.
• Prolonged periods of standing and physical work.
• Experience using large industrial cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleanliness of buildings and common areas.
• Trash handling, cardboard recycling, and curbside pickup tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and remove leftovers.
• Exterior cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Light maintenance: replace bulbs, air filters, blinds, etc.
• Assist in weather-related cleaning and storm prep.
• Report unsafe conditions or security issues to the manager.
