Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing ILT, VILT, blended learning, and eLearning solutions.
• Experience facilitating training for adult learners in various settings.
• Proficiency with Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe apps, Camtasia, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve onboarding, role-based training, and professional development programs for Property Operations employees.
• Create engaging learning solutions including ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, job aids, and blended programs.
• Facilitate training sessions in person and virtually using Zoom and related tools.
• Manage full training lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation and improvement.
• Collaborate with Operational leadership to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend instructional approaches and tools to enhance effectiveness and outcomes.
• Build and maintain learning content using Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Ensure training tools and processes comply with policies and regulations.
