Essex Property Trust in Irvine, CA is seeking an Instructional Designer & Trainer to create practical learning experiences for frontline Property Operations staff. You will develop ILT, VILT, eLearning, and job aids, and facilitate sessions in person and via Zoom to ensure consistent learning across the organization.

You will manage the full training lifecycle, collaborate with leadership, analyze feedback, and continuously improve programs.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing ILT, VILT, blended learning, and eLearning solutions.
• Experience facilitating adult learning in classroom, virtual, or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with Storyline, Rise, Adobe apps, Camtasia, Canva, and similar tools.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for engaging materials.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, facilitate, and continuously improve onboarding and role-based training for Property Operations.
• Create learning solutions: ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, job aids, reference materials, and blended learning.
• Facilitate training sessions in person and virtually using Zoom; ensure learner engagement.
• Manage full training lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation and improvement.
• Partner with Property Operations leadership and Talent Development to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Recommend instructional approaches and tools to improve effectiveness and scalability.
• Build and maintain content using Articulate tools, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Canva, and PowerPoint.
