Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in instructional design, learning and development, or related fields.
• Experience designing ILT, VILT, blended learning and eLearning solutions.
• Ability to design for adult learners in various environments.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, facilitate, and improve onboarding and role-based training.
• Create ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, job aids, and blended programs.
• Facilitate trainings in person and via Zoom; manage full training lifecycle.
• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into effective learning solutions.
• Analyze feedback and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Maintain learning content with Storyline, Rise, Adobe, Camtasia, Canva and PowerPoint.
