Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp./Tamarack Property Management Co. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of an apartment community and building(s).

You will provide quality service to residents, ensure efficient property operation, and complete required administrative tasks under the guidance of the Regional Property Manager. You will manage leasing, rent collection, compliance with fair housing laws, maintenance coordination, and vendor relations to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices in a timely and accurate manner for approval.
• Maintains resident records to comply with housing regulations.
• Maintains property management software to reflect current operations.
• Collects rent and other income; deposits and records receipts.
• Prepares and delivers notices to residents (lease violations, termination, etc.).
• Coordinates move-in with maintenance; ensures move-in readiness.
• Manages leasing process from application to move-in.
• Enforces fair housing laws and lease terms.
• Markets the property to meet occupancy goals and enhance image.
• Ensures property meets financial performance goals.
• Handles customer service requests; ensures timely completion.
• Collaborates with site team and residents to foster a healthy community.
• Maintains waiting lists per federal regulations.
• Enforces agency regulations and house rules.
• Oversees maintenance staff timecards and invoicing.
• Performs other related duties.
