Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of two apartment communities in Bandon and Coos Bay, Oregon.

You will supervise leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance to meet financial goals. Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins, enforcing fair housing laws, maintaining records, and guiding onsite staff to deliver quality service and a safe, well-managed community.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; training in property or real estate management preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality, office management or administrative roles; professional training may substitute.
• Must have valid driver’s license for property errands.

Responsibilities

• Codes invoices for approval and maintains accurate financial records.
• Manages rent collection and deposits in a timely manner.
• Leads leasing process from application to move-in.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing laws and lease terms.
• Coordinates move-in dates with maintenance and rent-ready readiness.
• Communicates with residents and vendors to resolve issues.
