Job summary

Sherpa | Recruiting, Staffing & Consulting is seeking a Property Manager for a multi-tenant property in the Fort Mill area. You will support daily operations, coordinate vendors, address maintenance needs, and help manage budgets under the direction of the Senior Property Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of commercial property management experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and building services.

• Support incident reporting and project coordination.
• Help maintain records, budgets, and expense tracking.
• Assist tenants with requests, amenities, and events.
• Work with internal teams to support daily operations.
