Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in residential property management or related field.
• HS Diploma is required.
• Associates degree in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
• Ensure leasing office, tour path, model apartment, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal of community is impeccable.
• Sell the community's features and services with thorough product knowledge.
• Secure a high percentage of leases by converting calls and internet leads.
• Prepare and maintain lease-related paperwork and move-in information.
• Support Property Manager with weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management.
• Mentor Leasing Professionals on leasing procedures and resident relations.
• Assist in orientation, training and scheduling of office personnel.
• Conduct market surveys and visit competitors' properties.
