The role emphasizes professional customer service to residents, applicants, vendors, visitors, and team members, plus maintaining an organized office and adherence to Fair Housing laws. A valid driver’s license is required; occasional travel to properties may occur.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, compliance, and administrative duties.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, applicants, vendors, visitors, and team members.
• Maintain an organized, professional property management office.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist with property inspections, move-in/move-out coordination with maintenance, and reports to the Property Manager.
