Job summary

Justus Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operations of a residential property under the guidance of the Regional Manager. You will ensure efficient financial and physical performance while leading a team and delivering high-quality service.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage leasing, enforce Fair Housing compliance, and drive resident satisfaction and occupancy. A comprehensive benefits package is included for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing compliance knowledge
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to supervise and train staff

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Collect and post rent daily.
• Monitor delinquency levels and take action.
• Communicate risks to Regional Manager and implement corrective plans.
• Maintain occupancy and income within approved budgets.
• Directly supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Accounting.
