Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager and oversee site operations, budgeting, and tenant relations. You will supervise staff, manage leases and financials, and ensure client standards are met across properties.

The role requires a real estate license or CPM/RPA designation, 2+ years of experience, and strong communication skills. Travel between properties is expected; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Active Real Estate license in the state or RPA/CPM designation.
• Basic understanding of CAM, insurance, real estate taxes, and lease terms.
• Ability to assign tasks and manage others’ workloads.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building staff in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Coordinate leases, contracts, and aging/delinquency follow-up.
• Prepare rent rolls, budgets, and CAM reconciliations.
• Oversee tenant move ins/outs and tenant improvement work.
• Maintain tenant service packages and property data accuracy.
