Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to run daily property operations and lead staff to meet budgeted goals. The role includes leasing, inspections, and enforcing AMC policies while maintaining resident satisfaction and safety standards.

Responsibilities cover budgeting, hiring, reporting, and implementing a resident retention and marketing plan. Strong judgment and communication are essential in this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage staff.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines and budget targets.
• Inspect property daily and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Supervise staff, schedule work, delegate duties, and resolve conflicts.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Enforce AMC policies and report infractions accordingly.
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques.
• Address resident requests with independent judgment and discretion.
• Handle administrative duties and required reporting.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs and activities.
• Design marketing concepts for the property staff to implement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate incidents and report them appropriately.
