Coordinate and monitor contractors, service vendors, and work order systems.
Conduct property inspections ensuring safety, compliance, and facility standards.
Prepare and track operating and capital budgets and support cost-control measures.
Respond to emergencies and tenant concerns, including evenings and weekends.
