Chamberlin + Associates seeks an Assistant Manager to support daily property operations, guest satisfaction, and financial stability under the supervision of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. You'll manage leasing, rent collection, reporting, and coordination with maintenance while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

This role emphasizes guest relations, teamwork, and proactive problem solving in a multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family properties.
• Detail oriented, highly organized with strong customer service.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive, energetic and self-motivated.

Responsabilités

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, retention, and lifecycle activities.
• Manage accounts receivable: rent collection, posting rent, deposits, and rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process evictions, move-ins/outs and lease renewals.
• Lease apartments and conduct market comparisons.
• Inspect buildings for safety and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain resident relations and problem resolution.
