Job summary

Prime Residential Property Management LP is seeking a Property Operations Analyst at Park La Brea in Los Angeles. The role focuses on variance analysis across revenue, occupancy, delinquency, and operating metrics, partnering with accounting and centralized services to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting.

You will own pre-bill accuracy, utility billing validation, and delinquency tracking, supporting monthly reviews and ad hoc analyses to improve performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property operations, financial analysis, or related field.
• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own KPI variance reporting for assigned property and provide actionable commentary.
• Analyze operating results; identify variances and drivers for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Property Accounting and Centralized Services to reconcile results.
• Support monthly operating reviews with variance schedules and trend summaries.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts with input validation and clear tie-backs.
