Hilton in San Jose, CA seeks a Property Operations Director to oversee hotel facilities, safety, and compliance, ensuring reliable systems and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll lead capital projects, manage budgeting, and drive energy conservation while ensuring regulatory adherence.

You will direct daily operations, develop a high-performing team, mentor staff, and uphold Hilton’s standards of hospitality, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations: Direct the functionality, safety, and compliance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, life safety systems, and grounds in accordance with regulations.
• Oversee facility maintenance: Conduct inspections, maintain energy management documentation, and oversee preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Direct property improvements: Lead capital projects and rehabilitation efforts, including budgeting, bidding, and permitting, with regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational excellence: Manage daily department operations, guest service initiatives, product quality, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and standards compliance.
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement, performance management, and professional development.
