Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, set rents, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, lease enforcement, and driving occupancy and revenue growth while maintaining high resident satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Sets rent rates and ensures timely collection of rents and fees.
• Approves vendor invoices and reconciles insurance certificates.
• Manages expenditures to stay within budget and oversees petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement including applications, renewals, and evictions.
• Analyzes market trends and develops marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and resolves service issues with on-site staff.
