Job summary

Yugo USA LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Las Vegas. You will work with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and resident services, ensuring a welcoming, compliant community for students.

The position is hourly, $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package. Requires at least a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and Entrata experience or similar rental software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata) is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily property operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, deposits, and payments.
• Support lease renewals, retention initiatives, and evictions per policy.
• Maintain resident records, lease files, and financial documentation.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end close.
• Lead leasing activities: tours, inquiries, and applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance to meet service needs.
• Conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal and safety.
• Support move-in/out processes and team development activities.
