CARABETTA COMPANIES in Meriden, CT is seeking a Marketing & Digital Content Coordinator to develop campaigns and showcase properties across social media. You will collaborate with leasing and HR teams to promote rentals and company culture.

This is an in-person role reporting to the Meriden office, with responsibilities including content creation, photography, video capture, and branding across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing and social media management experience in property management.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content strategies.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI marketing/content tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and deadlines.
• Creative with branding consistency; photography/videography a plus; travel to properties.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Collaborate with leasing teams to market available rentals and increase property exposure.
• Ensure listing photos and property information are accurate and updated on RentCafe and other platforms.
• Visit properties to capture photos and videos of units, amenities, and features.
• Edit and enhance photos to create professional marketing materials.
• Design marketing graphics, flyers, social posts, and campaigns.
• Utilize Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools to streamline content creation.
• Assist branding strategies and marketing initiatives for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with HR to promote culture and recruitment content.
• Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics to improve performance.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across platforms.
