The successful candidate will develop content, manage social calendars, and maintain marketing materials while growing new skills and capabilities over time.

Qualifications

• Marketing or communications background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with visual storytelling interest.
• Attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Experience managing business social media accounts preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn new software and techniques.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for properties and affiliated businesses.
• Develop content calendars and publish original social content.
• Highlight properties, spaces, projects, and team services in content.
• Identify storytelling opportunities (spotlights, before/after stories).
• Monitor online reviews and respond professionally.
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing for multiple properties.
• Audit marketing content for accuracy and consistency across channels.
• Coordinate listings with ILS providers and property teams.
• Review performance and optimize campaigns and spend.
• Support business development materials and proposals.
• Create and maintain capabilities decks and brochures.
• Capture property photography and assist with short-form video.
