Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Manager to help oversee student rental properties in Bridgeport. You’ll handle leasing, rent tracking, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and general operations. Based at our West Nyack headquarters with travel to Bridgeport about 1–2 times per month.

• Market and lease units

• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and renewals

• Track rent payments and follow up as needed

• Schedule inspections and oversee repairs

• Manage vendor relationships and quality control

• Respond to emergencies when needed

• Maintain organized records and assist with financial tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Property management or leasing experience ( preferred )

• Real estate or finance background (preferred)

• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel

• Driver’s license and ability to travel monthly

• Bonus: QuickBooks or property software experience

• On-the-job training and cross-functional exposure

• 401(k) and health insurance (eligible after 90 days)
