Qualifications

• 2-5 years of property management experience required.
• Must be personable, detail-oriented, and task-focused with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Manage rents, finances, and forecasting for the property.
• Address tenant complaints and enforce occupancy rules; oversee repairs and renovations.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
