Job summary

Bader Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee operations at Terra Pointe. You will manage maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, and marketing, while delivering superior customer service to residents and prospects.

The role requires at least 5 years in property management, a high school diploma or better, and leadership of leasing and maintenance teams. Compensation ranges $75,000–$85,000 annually with full benefits and possible rent discounts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of property management experience.
• Experience overseeing operations including maintenance, budgeting and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation and profitability.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through involvement in trade organizations, property management associations and networking opportunities with vendor outreach and peer groups.
• Support the company’s philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.
• Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in all departments operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
• Anything else that the Regional Asset Manager feels may fall into the Property Manager’s job description.

Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday - Friday
• Flexibility to the needs of the property

Compensation: $75-85k
