Fairfield Homes, Inc. in Lima, OH is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee Sprucewood & Wilshire communities, ensuring safe, well-maintained homes and responsive resident services.

You will manage leasing, renewals, and resident relations, while leading daily operations, optimizing occupancy, and supporting financial goals. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork shapes our community.

Qualifications

• At least one year of property management experience.
• Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD Section 8, LIHTC, HOME).
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage).
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.

You are an experienced Community Manager with at least one (1) year of property management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a welcoming, well-managed community where residents feel valued and supported. • Affordable housing experience, preferred (e.g. HUD Section 8, LIHTC and/or HOME)
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to successfully multitask, solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of leasing, resident relations and community operations
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage)
• Sales and marketing skills, a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
