AXIS is seeking a motivated Property Manager Specialist for the Southview property in Cedar Rapids, IA. This onsite role focuses on welcoming guests, managing leasing processes, and driving occupancy while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, is highly organized, and excels at communication and problem solving. Flexible hours and a collaborative culture support growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all guests of Southview in person and by phone.
• Drive occupancy by owning leasing lifecycle from unknown applicant to resident move in.
• Own leasing communication via phone, in-person, and email.
• Collect all unreceived revenue; communicate proactively and retroactively with delinquent residents; post notices.
• Support the Property Manager.
• Team communication and assisting as available.
• Office management: supplies and equipment; maintain general organization and cleanliness.

Reports to the Property Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all guests of Southview in person and by phone
• Drive occupancy up by owning leasing life cycle from unknown applicant to resident move in
  • Own leasing communication via phone, in-person, and email
• Collect all unreceived revenue
  • Communicate proactively and retroactively with all delinquent residents
  • Post notices
• Support the Property Manager
