Greenwood Star is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring high occupancy and excellent tenant service in Louisville, KY. You will manage leases, inspections, and regulatory compliance while leading a small team and coordinating budgets and financial reporting.

The role emphasizes experience with Section 8 housing, Fair Housing laws, and Yardi, with opportunity for bonus based on performance and strong benefits including health and retirement plans.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience; strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing laws.
• Experience managing properties with Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) tenants; familiarity with regulatory compliance.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage lease agreements including renewals, terminations and tenant communications.
• Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Utilize Yardi for tracking tenant information, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 inspection standards and housing regulations.
