Vestar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of retail assets in Las Vegas. The role involves on-site supervision, budgeting, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with leases and laws. You will lead staff, coordinate tenant activity, and manage financial reporting to protect property value.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of property management experience, a Nevada Real Estate license, and a Nevada PM Permit. Vestar is an equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• 4-year College Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must possess and maintain a current Nevada Real Estate License in good standing.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Nevada Property Management Permit per state licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision and training of office support staff, including Assistant Property Manager and Administrative Assistants.
• Prepare annual budgets and enforce leases and governing documents.
• Ensure landlord compliance with governmental laws and collect charges as outlined in leases.
• Inform ownership of occurrences affecting property and decisions.
• Negotiate and document lease renewals and new leases with VP approval.
• Prepare/review annual Common Area Maintenance reconciliations and bid recommendations.
• Supervise property Merchants Association, Marketing and Specialty Leasing as required.
• Respond to tenant issues promptly and manage monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate tenant move-in/move-out and collect tenant gross sales data.

Educación
