Your Role as Property Manager:

As a Property Manager, you'll be at the heart of what we do—ensuring our properties run smoothly, our residents feel at home, and our investors stay informed. You’ll oversee everything from lease enforcement to maintenance coordination, legal proceedings, and financial management. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and love finding creative solutions, this is the role for you!

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Vacancy & Market Analysis: Establish competitive rental rates based on market conditions, track vacancy trends, and ensure timely and effective marketing strategies.
  • Primary Investor Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and investors, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Financial Oversight & Budgeting: Review and approve property-related expenses, monitor cash flow, and conduct periodic financial audits to align with owner goals.
  • Delinquency & Legal Proceedings: Work closely with your Assistant Property Manager to oversee delinquent accounts, issue legal notices, and represent owners in eviction proceedings while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Property Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with the maintenance coordinator to ensure properties are well-maintained, prioritizing repairs and long-term asset preservation.
  • Property Inspections & Compliance: Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold property standards.
  • Move-In, Move-Out & Turnover Management: Efficiently manage unit turnovers, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and oversee scope-of-work planning for renovations.
  • Strategic Planning & Team Leadership: Contribute to company growth through strategic planning, participate in team meetings, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least two years of experience in property management.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Technologically adept—comfortable with property management software, digital communication tools, and efficient workflows.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • A working knowledge of building mechanical systems.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A people person with exceptional customer service skills.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Hours & Compensation:

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (with flexibility for emergencies)

Pay: Salary—$58,700 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

Location:

In our Berlin office with local travel to properties
