MRK Property Management LLC in Elkridge, MD is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations for an 84-unit residential community. You will lead revenue collection, budgeting, vendor management, and staff development to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years in property management, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required; we offer comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years within the property management industry.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a management position.
• Experience with LIHTC, Public Housing, Section 8 is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property operations, revenue collection, and expense management.
• Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and policies.
• Leads hiring, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Manages resident relations and coordinates repairs or maintenance.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and oversees major projects.
• Maintains documentation and property files for compliance.
• Coordinates interviews and onboarding with regional management.
