POSITION: PROPERTY MANAGER
REPORTS TO: REGIONAL MANAGER
BASIC FUNCTION:The Property Manager is under the direct supervision of the Regional Property Manager and the Director of Operations. The Property Manager organizes, directs and coordinates the entire operation of the community to meet the owner’s objectives which includes: maintaining an acceptable occupancy level, minimizing expenses to ensure that the property strives to stay in budget, maximizing income by enforcing the policies and procedures set forth by CASTO, while simultaneously interacting with residents to fulfill their needs to ensure a high retention ratio, and overseeing and creating a positive team atmosphere which sets forth the foundation for a successful community.
