PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager to balance daily operations with the goal of delivering exceptional experiences for residents and property owners. The role requires strong communication, timely issue resolution, and meticulous record-keeping to keep properties compliant and well-maintained.

The position is in-office in Montana, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a biweekly pay schedule.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential property management is a bonus; training available.
• Hospitality or customer service background helpful.
• MT Property Management License or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations and owner/tenant relationships.
• Review invoices and coordinate funds with property owners.
• Monitor rent delinquencies and send notices or take eviction actions as needed.
• Maintain lease files, records, and property inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance within owner-approved budgets and agreements.
• Assist with lease renewals and market surveys to set pricing.
