• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon.
• Push back, respectfully, when a Work-Life Balance shortcut will cost us later.
• Read the room and adjust how you pitch Delegation to each audience.
• Support daily operations at our Portland site and keep workflows moving.
