Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a seasoned Property Manager in Pooler, GA to lead multifamily operations with a focus on resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires at least three years of residential property management and supervisory experience. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and staff development while upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies. Excellent benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as a residential property manager.
• Experience in supervision: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• Knowledge of budgeting and balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
