Seldin Company is seeking a Property Manager for Ponderosa Acres in Billings, MT. This HUD and Tax Credit property has 120 units and requires a Montana Property Management License or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment.

The Property Manager will supervise daily operations, manage staff, oversee budget and financial reporting, and ensure resident services while complying with housing programs and safety standards.
