Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager for the Pomeroy Cliffs & Oak View Manor properties in Pomeroy, OH.

You will lead daily operations, oversee resident relations, leasing, renewals and ensure a welcoming, well‑maintained community dedicated to safety and exceptional service. The role requires at least one year of property management experience, with affordable housing RD experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of property management experience.
  • Affordable housing experience with RD is required. HUD and LIHTC experience(s) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns
  • Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal
  • Deliver the highest level of service to residents, prospects and guests

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance
