You will oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and tenant relations, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. The successful candidate will manage move-ins/outs, reports to owners, and maintain daily operations while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to perform calculations (percentages, discounts, commissions) and financial analysis.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents; solve problems with multiple options.
• Property management retail experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Develops and delivers departmental goals, objectives, and systems as part of the property management team.
• Responds to tenant needs; ensures staff resolve issues promptly within policies and standards.
• Inspects properties regularly and recommends maintenance or reconditioning as needed.
• Contracts for and supervises vendor services and budgets.
• Coordinates tenant move-ins/move-outs and walks‑through with tenants and the improvement department.
• Maintains communication with property owners and delivers timely, accurate reports.
