Paylocity is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all facets of sales, revenue collection, expense control, and asset quality for multifamily housing communities. The role emphasizes leadership of on-site teams, hiring/termination administration, and maintaining high resident satisfaction while complying with fair housing laws.

The candidate will analyze financial information, manage budgets, coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams, and drive occupancy through effective price strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, multifamily housing, hospitality, customer service, business operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and make informed business decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgeted NOI.
• Ensure delinquent residents are served with proper legal notices and eviction process initiated.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on exterior property issues and service requests.
• Review unit availability and assess price adjustments including premiums on vacant/on-notice units.
• Examine budget expectations monthly and year-to-date.
• Approve completed prospective resident files and monitor leasing team communications.
• Maintain onsite staff by recruiting, training, and ensuring safe, legal work environment.
• Organize weekly meetings and daily AM check-ins; drive occupancy goals.
• Coordinate monthly resident activities and communications; monitor guest suites for availability and cleanliness.
