Avita Property Management is seeking a Property Manager for our new apartment Portfolio located off I-35!
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and have 2+ years of multifamily experience as a Property Manager.
This position will have a competitive salary and quarterly NOI bonus potential!
Top Candidates Will Have:
- Performance-driven, an eye for detail, and a self-starter approach
-Leadership skills with a focus on building and mentoring a solid team of high performers.
-Customer Service orientated- a high performer in online positive resident reviews
-Organized and able to process and delegate administrative work to be completed timely
-Must have a minimum of 2 years in the multifamily industry as a Property Manager with 1+ years of Class C experience
Responsibilities Include:
-Assist in the formulation of budgets and business plans for each upcoming calendar year
-Maintain budgeted physical and economic occupancy throughout the year
-Ensure all rents are collected when due and posted promptly
-Constant vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling and billing
-Approve and oversee the timely submission of all property invoices
-Hire, train, motivate, and supervise all on-site staff to achieve the operational goals of your property
-Conduct ongoing training with staff and regular staff meetings
-Maintain a positive customer service attitude and provide top-notch customer service to all residents, prospects, and vendors
-Attend resident retention activities
-Monitor all maintenance activities
-Physically walk and inspect the property on a regular basis
