Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and interpret budgets, reports, and calculations.
• Familiarity with tax credit property management and related regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property management across assigned properties.
• Conduct QA inspections and supervise repairs and maintenance.
• Manage day-to-day operations and 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist Leasing with occupancy and tenant retention.
• Administer collections and enforce rental agreements.
• Budget analysis, expense control, and contract negotiations.
