Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring a Property Manager for our N Fort Myers, FL community. The role focuses on maintaining operations, attracting residents, maximizing occupancy, and driving profitability while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems. A background in marketing or sales is a plus; a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property operations, attract and serve residents, and meet financial goals.
• Manage resources and assets of the property, including staff, buildings, roads and amenities.
• Ensure the property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with marketing teams to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Show homes when they become available.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the community’s operation budget to improve profitability.
• Set high quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to residents.
