Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. is hiring a Community Manager for our N Fort Myers, FL community. You will oversee property operations, attract residents, and help meet financial goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and financial systems. Marketing or sales experience is a plus; valid driver’s license required. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Marketing and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property operations and assets, including staff, buildings, roads and amenities.
• Attract and serve residents to maximize occupancy and meet financial goals.
• Partner with marketing teams to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Show homes when they become available.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the community’s operating budget to improve profitability.
• Set high quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to residents.
