The position requires 5+ years in property management, with preference for multi-family or manufactured home settings. Strong leadership, collaboration, and financial systems experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Experience in multi-family or manufactured home settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resources and assets of the property, including staff, buildings, roads and amenities.
• Ensure the property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with marketing teams to attract residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Show homes when they become available.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the community's operating budget to improve profitability.
• Set high quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to residents.
