Property Manager Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants
• Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Oversee property personnel and assess their performance
• Achieve financial goals and report periodically on financial performance

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Have experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
• Be organized and able to maintain an inventory of all equipment and supplies
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Complete all maintenance work orders/service requests promptly
• Handle the make-ready process of vacant units efficiently
• Schedule and monitor all work performed by outside vendors/contractors
• Ensure safety standards are followed according to all relevant guidelines
• Maintain ethical and consistent work practices
