Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of the property operations and maintenance to maximize NOI and asset value.
• Manage tenant relations, support the maintenance and leasing staff, and coordinate accounts payable and collections.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor financials, and produce regular financial reporting; manage risk.
