Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in property management, including LIHTC housing.
• Experience leading on-site teams and coordinating leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and on-site team performance.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff; set expectations and provide coaching.
• Manage leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service activities.
• Monitor occupancy, budget adherence, and expense control.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and proper reporting/documentation.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and management; participate in meetings.
• Perform inspections and maintain property to established standards.
