Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience required.
• 2 years of LIHTC housing experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations and enforce company standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident retention.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor budgets, collections, and expense allocation.
