Job summary

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Centerville Pointe in Garland, Texas. The successful candidate will oversee leasing, resident relations, and on-site staff while ensuring compliance with LIHTC requirements and company policies.

This role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and strong customer service, with a schedule of full-time hours, Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of property management experience, including at least two years in a Property Manager role.
• Minimum of three years of LIHTC experience.
• Strong leasing, resident relations, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
• Hire, train, direct, motivate, and support on-site personnel.
• Set clear expectations for team members and provide coaching and accountability.
• Interact with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and the public.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, resident retention, and customer service activities.
• Monitor occupancy and support strategies to achieve leasing goals.
• Oversee financial operations, including deposits, recordkeeping, and budgets.
• Maintain compliance with LIHTC requirements and company policies.
