Align Properties LLC is seeking a Property Manager to maximize occupancy, manage operating budgets, and ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing across multiple properties in the Madison, WI area.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with travel between properties as needed. Proficiency in YARDI and MS Office is preferred, along with experience in property management software.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of related property management experience preferred.
• LIHTC/Affordable housing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with others orally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain maximum occupancy and control expenses within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and property funding regulations.
• Process new resident move-ins and re-certifications per LIHTC guidelines.
• Oversee rent collection and accurate ledger reconciliation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to manage unit turns and budget constraints.
• Coach and develop site staff and ensure quality across units.
