ZRS Management in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while maximizing revenue and ensuring compliance with company standards.

You will hire and train a team, implement marketing strategies, conduct market research for rent pricing, and manage budgets and financial performance. A valid driver's license is required and prior property management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience as Property Manager in multifamily preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete work orders, move-ins, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
